Ingredients
  Carrots 150 Gram, peeled and grated
  Thick curds 100 Gram
  Roasted groundnuts 25 Gram, pounded
  Green chillies 2 , minced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix curds, carrots, groundnuts, chillies, sugar and salt.
2. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil and toss in asafoetida and cumin seeds.
3. When the seeds stop spluttering add carrots.

SERVING
4. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
