Sesame Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, peeled and cut into juliennes (Medium)
  Unsweetened orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper powder 1 Pinch
  Ginger powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large sized skillet, melt margarine.
2. Add carrots. Mix well and sauté on a medium flame till carrots turn crisp.
3. Add rest of the ingredients (apart from sesame seeds) gradually and cook on a medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4. Transfer on to a serving bowl, top with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
