Dill And Garlic Carrots
|Baby carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked or canned|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Artificial sweetener||1⁄8 Teaspoon (equivalent to 1 teaspoon sugar)|
|Dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), quartered|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly-ground|
1. Drain carrots well.
2. In a glass bowl, combine drained carrots with rest of the ingredients; mix lightly.
3. Let the dish stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
4. Remove and discard garlic.
5. Warm before serving or serve cold with grilled steak.
