Dill And Garlic Carrots

Ingredients
  Baby carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked or canned
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄8 Teaspoon (equivalent to 1 teaspoon sugar)
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), quartered
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly-ground
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Drain carrots well.

MAKING
2. In a glass bowl, combine drained carrots with rest of the ingredients; mix lightly.
3. Let the dish stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
4. Remove and discard garlic.

SERVING
5. Warm before serving or serve cold with grilled steak.
