|Grated onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine carrots, milk, crumbs, cheese, onion, butter, salt, pepper and red pepper; mix well.
Fold eggs into carrot mixture.
Pour into well-oiled 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
Turn out onto hot platter; fill center with buttered green peas, if desired.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
