Basil Carrots

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 6 Medium, thinly sliced on bias
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In medium skillet melt butter and simmer with cover adding carrots, sprinkling with salt and crushed basil for 10 to 12 minutes till carrots are tender.

SERVING
2. Serve alongside fish or as desired.
