Pea And Carrot Caper

Ingredients
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Rhubarb 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), finely diced
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked (Carrot Rounds)
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked barely tender (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In the melted margarine saute onion and rhubarb until rhubarb is almost tender.
Add carrots and peas.
Stir together the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over mixture of vegetables.
Cover and cook about 5 minutes more, shaking pan occasionally to mix.
