Sugar Glazed Carrots
|Small carrots||2 Pound (1 Kilogram)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Grams)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Scrape the carrots and cut into equal sizes if necessary.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar, seasoning and stock. Add the carrots.
3. Cover and cook very gently, shaking the pan occasionally, for 20-30 minutes depending on size, until just tender.
4. Serve at once, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
