Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Fresh baby carrots 8 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Light brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine carrots, butter, sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
2. Add 1 cup water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender and glazed, 2 to 3 minutes.
