Carrots are a rich source of Vitamin A. Here’s combining the best of taste and health. This candied carrots is for you if you love carrots. Get your kids too to eat vegetables with a smile.
Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jellied cranberry sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced carrots 31 Ounce
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine margarine, cranberry sauce, sugar and salt in skillet; simmer until cranberry sauce melts.
Drain carrots.
Add carrots to cranberry mixture, stirring well.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
