If you want everyone to eat and enjoy carrots. There are plenty of recipes. This is just another one. Simple and easy to make, it has all the good health of carrots and nuts. Enjoy!!!
1 Cup (16 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
13 1⁄2 Ounce
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
1)In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
2)Mix gelatin with sour cream and mix until blended.
3)Chill it until partly thickened.
4)Add carrots, pineapple and walnuts. Mix.
5)Take a greased 2 quart mold and pour the mixture. Let it chill for 4 hours.
6)Lay salad greens on a serving dish and unmold. Garnish with carrot curls and walnut halves. Serve.
