Glazed Carrots With Onion

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), pared and diagonally sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Light golden brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Lightly Packed)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a medium skillet or saucepan and cook the carrots partially for about 10 minutes in water in it.
2) Drain the excess liquid from carrots.
3) Mix in onion, sugar, butter and nutmeg and then simmer the mixture for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
