Glazed Carrots In Peach Liqueur
|Carrots||1 Pound, cut in ovals (1 Bunch)|
|Peach liqueur||4 Ounce (Colonial Club)|
1) Cover the carrots barely with water and cook them in a shallow saucepan.
2) Mix in butter, honey, salt to taste, and COLONIAL CLUB Peach Liqueur.
3) Slowly stir cook the mixture until water has evaporated and carrots are slightly glazed.
4) Serve hot at once.
