Glazed Carrots In Peach Liqueur

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, cut in ovals (1 Bunch)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Peach liqueur 4 Ounce (Colonial Club)
Directions

MAKING
1) Cover the carrots barely with water and cook them in a shallow saucepan.
2) Mix in butter, honey, salt to taste, and COLONIAL CLUB Peach Liqueur.
3) Slowly stir cook the mixture until water has evaporated and carrots are slightly glazed.

SERVING
4) Serve hot at once.
