Carrots La Frangaise
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon-style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a small bowl, mix the carrots and garlic together.
2) In a small air-tight jar or a small bowl, add rest if the ingredients, cover and shake well or stir to mix thoroughly.
3) Pour the lemon mixture over the carrot-garlic mixture and toss well to coat.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
