Kohlrabi and Carrots
|Kohlrabi||250 Milliliter, peeled, cubed (1 Cup)|
|Carrots||250 Milliliter, sliced|
|Whole wheat white sauce/Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Needed)|
1. In a saucepan, put together kohlrabi and carrots.
2. Add enough water to cover and bring it to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Toss with a little yogurt or serve along with Whole Wheat White Sauce.
5. Serve hot.
