Kohlrabi And Carrots

Ingredients
  Kohlrabi 250 Milliliter, peeled, cubed (1 Cup)
  Carrots 250 Milliliter, sliced
  Whole wheat white sauce/Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, put together kohlrabi and carrots.
2. Add enough water to cover and bring it to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

SERVING
4. Toss with a little yogurt or serve along with Whole Wheat White Sauce.
5. Serve hot.
