Carrots are a rich source of Vitamin A. Here’s combining the best of taste and health. This baked carrots is for you if you love carrots. Get your kids too to eat vegetables with a smile.
|Cooked carrots||4 Cup (64 tbs), mashed|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Shortening||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
Combine carrots, crumbs, onion, shortening, pepper and salt.
Turn into greased baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
