Carrot Coleslaw

Carrot coleslaw is a healthy dish and can be enjoyed as a side with some of the vegetable and meat dishes. Carrot coleslaw is an easy to make recipe. Carrot coleslaw, when served chilled it is a salad and can also be stuffed into sandwich to make a snack.
Ingredients
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
2)In another bowl, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and cream cheese. Mix well.
3)Then, mix the tow mixtures and toss well. Chill.

SERVING
4)Serve the carrot coleslaw chilled as a side dish.
