|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1)Slice carrots into thin rounds.
2)In a large saucepan, heat butter and add salt, sugar, celery seed and carrots.
3)Cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
4)Add orange juice and cook for 5 minutes until carrots are crisp-tender.
5)Heat a serving bowl and pour the dish. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
