Carrot relish is a way to enjoy the carrots. Carrots are a healthy source of vitamins. Relishes can be eaten anytime and with any meal.
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baby carrots||14 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Green pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In a saucepan, mix vinegar, salad oil and sugar and bring to a boil.
2)Remove from heat and then add carrots.
3)Refrigerate overnight and then drain.
4)Add pimento and pickle relish. Serve.
