Carrots In Dill Butter
|Carrots||8 Small, cut into 1 inch pieces (Pared)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a heavy medium-size saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
2) Cover the pan and heat until boils.
3) Simmer for at least 25-30 minutes or until carrots turn soft and liquid is fully absorbed.
4) Serve the carrots in dill butter as a delicious side dish.
