Honey Orange Glazed Carrots
|Carrots||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Honey/Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon peel/Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
1) In a casserole, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2) Cook, covered, on high power for 14 1/2 to 15 1/2 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir as required.
3) Let the casserole remain covered in the oven for 5 minutes.
4) Serve hot, sprinkled with pepper, if desired.
