1. Add carrots to a large skillet, pour in a little water, cover and cook to soften carrots. Take carrots off the skillet and keep aside.
2. Heat butter in the same skillet, stir in onion and cook to soften. Add orange juice and brown sugar and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in cooked carrots, and add salt to taste.
3. Top carrots with the sauce and simmer till carrots are thoroughly glazed and heated.
