Sweet N Sour Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snow peas 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, cut in to chunks
  Sliced water chestnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Sliced cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Lite sweet and sour spicy french dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In medium skillet, heat oil and cook carrots, snow peas and green bell pepper over medium heat, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
2. Put in water chestnuts, tomato, cucumber and sweet n sour spicy French dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce.
3. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4. Top, if desired, with sesame seeds.
