Sweet N Sour Stir Fry
|Thinly sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snow peas||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, cut in to chunks|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Sliced cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Lite sweet and sour spicy french dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
1. In medium skillet, heat oil and cook carrots, snow peas and green bell pepper over medium heat, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
2. Put in water chestnuts, tomato, cucumber and sweet n sour spicy French dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce.
3. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4. Top, if desired, with sesame seeds.
