Ingredients
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Shredded process american cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sandwich buns 4 , split (Submarine)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a large bowl, mix carrots, potatoes, butter or margarine, 2.Parmesan cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs, yolk, salt and pepper.
3.Roll the mixture in form of patties and coat them with flour.
4.In a skillet, heat oil and fry the patties, few at a time until golden brown.
5.Once done, arrange them on absorbent towels.

SERVING
6.Serve hot with dips.
