Butter Glazed Carrots

This an excellent and delicious side dish, my husband loves it. You can use it with Roast chicken with herbs.
Ingredients
  Baby carrots 18 Ounce
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (0.5 Stick)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Melt the butter medium heat, add carrots, season with salt & pepper. Put the skillet cover, moving the carrots occasionally. Saute until tender and caramelized
