|Cooked carrots||8 Medium (Or Boiled)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened to room temperature|
|Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place warm boiled carrots in a bowl and use a potato masher to puree the carrots by mashing them into a smooth paste.
2. Add salt, butter, heavy cream and nutmeg to the mashed carrots and blend in using a wooden spoon or fork.
3. Serve carrot mash in a bowl or spoon onto individual plates.
4. Tastes best when warm.
You can also place the boiled carrots in a blender or use an electric hand beater to puree them at a high speed.
