Candied carrots a delightful preparation. My guests like to call it "a plateful of temptation"! Simply prepared with brown sugar, this is a great recipe for a delicious quick side dish!
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1) Grease a pan using butter.
2) Steam the carrots.
3) Drain, keeping aside the cooking water.
4) Add a little of the cooking water into the baking dish.
5) Arrange the carrots.
6) Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.
7) Bake till brown, turning occasionally.
