|Carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
1) Grease a pan using butter.
2) Steam the carrots.
3) Drain, keeping aside the cooking water.
4) Add a little of the cooking water into the baking dish.
5) Arrange the carrots.
6) Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.
7) Bake till brown, turning occasionally.
8) Serve hot, lightly dusted with pepper.
