Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, sliced
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Cream   (for garnish)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Melt butter in casserole, add 2-3 tblspns, hot water and the sliced carrots with a pinch of salt.
Cover and cook in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
Add cream and chopped parsley before serving.
