Cheese Glazed Carrots
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Peel carrots and cut into halves crosswise.
Cook in a little boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain, dip each carrot half into honey.
Place in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 10 minutes; or broil until cheese melts.
