Country Style Lemon Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Small carrots 1 1⁄2 Pound (Peeled)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook carrots, covered, in salted water until tender for about 20 minutes; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients; heat and pour over carrots.
