Golden Carrots Supreme

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken broth/Bouillon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Carrots 5 Cup (80 tbs), diagonally sliced 1/4 inch
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Add butter or margarine to boiling chicken broth.
Stir in salt, pepper, sugar and carrots.
Simmer, covered, until carrots are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
