Sauteed Carrots and Leeks

Ingredients
  Carrots 750 Gram, sliced
  Leeks 500 Gram, sliced
  Butter 75 Gram
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, boil salted water and blanch carrots and leeks separately for 3 minutes each and then refresh and drain thoroughly.
MAKING
2) In a wok, heat butter with oil over moderate heat.
3) Now add carrots, leeks, salt and pepper and toss for about 3-4 minutes.
4) Remove from heat.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
