Basil Carrots

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 6 Medium, thinly sliced on the bias
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

In medium skillet, melt the butter or margarine; add the sliced carrots.
Sprinkle with salt and basil.
Cover skillet and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, or just till carrots are tender.
Garnish with parsley.
