Cinnamon Orange Glazed Carrots
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Basil||1 (For Garnish)|
Melt the butter in a deep saucepan.
Stir in the orange juice and sugar and bring to the boil.
Lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the carrots, sprinkle with cinnamon and cook, stirring from time to time, until the juice has almost evaporated and the carrots are tender.
Decorate with basil.
