Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 225 Gram
  Sugar 10 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram
  Salt 10 Gram
  Parsley sprigs 1
Directions

1. Wash, scrape and dice carrots or cut in roundels.
2. Cook together carrots, sugar, butter and salt with enough water to cook carrots.
3. When all the liquid has evaporated and carrots are tender, remove from fire.
4. Dish out, garnish with chopped parsley.
