Carrot Curls And Radish Fans

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound
  Radish 24 (2 packages)
Directions

With a vegetable parer, cut carrots into thin lengthwise strips.
Roll up slices; secure with wooden picks.
In a bowl filled with ice cubes and water, place carrot curls.
Slice radishes with parallel cuts reaching almost to stem end; do not cut through.
Place radishes in the ice water with carrot curls.
When ready to serve, drain vegetables; remove picks.
