Raw Carrot Cheese Hors D'Oeuvres

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (2 packages, 3 ounce each)
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Thick meat sauce 3⁄4 Teaspoon (bottled)
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Carrots 3 Medium, pared
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cream cheese with next 3 ingredients, and blend.
Slice carrots diagonally into slices 1/8" diick and about 2" long.
Top each slice with 1 teasp of cream-cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley.
