Parsley Carrots

Ingredients
  Fresh carrots 12 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Scrub carrots. If they are spring carrots do not peel; if they are winter carrots, peel thinly.
2. Cut carrots in rings.
3. Cook according.
4. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.
5. Add parsley and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
6. Place cooked carrots in a serving dish. Pour parsley mixture over top. Serve immediately.
