Shredded Carrots

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Coarsely shredded carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Use 2 Large Pieces)
  Finely chopped green onions and tops 2
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Place bacon in 4-cup measure.
Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) until crisp, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Remove bacon with slotted spoon; crumble and reserve.
Stir remaining ingredients into bacon fat.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave until crisp-tender, 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with reserved bacon.
