Party Parsnips and Carrots

|Carrots||1 Pound, cut into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks (peeled)|
|Parsnips||1 Pound, cut into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch sticks (peeled)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Spread vegetable sticks in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil. Toss until well coated.
2 Bake, tossing vegetables frequently, 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until crisp and golden.
