Orange Glazed Carrot Sticks

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, pared and cut into julienne strips
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large skillet, cook the carrots, covered, in a small amount of water until tender.
Remove carrots from skillet.
In the same skillet, heat butter; add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in brown sugar and orange juice; simmer 5 minutes.
Add cooked carrots; sprinkle with salt.
Simmer, spooning sauce over carrots until they are glazed and heated through.
