Carrots With Celery
|Carrots||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), pared and slivered|
|Celery||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Dash (Speck)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Cook the carrots and celery together until tender, as in Carrots in Time Table.
Drain; season with the pepper and butter, and salt, if necessary.
Sprinkle with the parsley just before serving.
