Carrots With Celery

Ingredients
  Carrots 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), pared and slivered
  Celery 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), cut into 1 inch pieces
  Pepper 1⁄2 Dash (Speck)
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the carrots and celery together until tender, as in Carrots in Time Table.
Drain; season with the pepper and butter, and salt, if necessary.
Sprinkle with the parsley just before serving.
