Parsley Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 9 , sliced 1/8 inch thick (3 cups)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
Directions

In a 1-quart casserole combine carrots and 1/3 cup water.
Micro-cook, covered, till carrots are tender, about 9 minutes; drain.
Stir butter or margarine, lemon juice, salt, and paprika into carrots.
Micro-cook, covered, till heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in snipped parsley.
