Oven Braised Whole Baby Carrots
|Baby carrots||12 Ounce, scraped and trimmed (1 Package, Whole Ones)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsalted margarine||1 1⁄3 Tablespoon, melted (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||1 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In 1-quart casserole arrange carrots.
In small bowl combine remaining ingredients except parsley; pour over carrots and toss well to coat.
Cover casserole and bake until carrots are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
Just before serving, toss again and sprinkle with chopped parsley
