Ingredients
  Carrots 6 , sliced or julienne cut, partially cooked
  Low sodium corn oil/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Drain carrots when partially cooked.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cook slowly, stirring constantly, until glazed.
