|Carrots||8 , peeled and julienned|
|Melted butter/Melted margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped italian flat leaf parsley/Dill||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place carrots in saucepan with enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes (or steam).
Drain off water and mix in butter and honey.
Cover and bake 15 minutes, stirring once.
Sprinkle with parsley and/or dill to serve.
