Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 8 , peeled and julienned
  Melted butter/Melted margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped italian flat leaf parsley/Dill 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Place carrots in saucepan with enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes (or steam).
Drain off water and mix in butter and honey.
Cover and bake 15 minutes, stirring once.
Sprinkle with parsley and/or dill to serve.
