Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Icing
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Carrots||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Sift together sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add carrots, nuts and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
Pour into a floured and greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
Bake in a 350Â° oven for 30 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Spread with Cream .
