Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs), grated
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift together sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add carrots, nuts and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
Pour into a floured and greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Spread with Cream .
Cheese Icing.
