Carrot Onion Saute

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1 Pound, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In skillet melt butter; add carrots and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, covered, over low heat, about 10 minutes, or until barely tender. Uncover; cook, turning occasionally, until carrots are slightly brown.
