|Fresh carrots||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Brandy/If desired, pineapple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 375°.
Scrape carrots; remove ends.
Cut carrots into strips, 2 1/2 X 1/4 inch.
Place in un-greased baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Stir together butter, brandy, sugar and salt.
Pour over carrots.
Cover; bake 40 minutes or until carrots are tender.
