Maple Mustard Carrots

Ingredients
  Baby carrots 1 Pound, scraped
  Reduced calorie maple syrup 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Reduced-calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place carrots in a saucepan; cover with water.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Drain well.
Combine syrup and remaining ingredients; stir well.
Pour syrup mixture over carrots; toss gently to coat.
