Parsley Carrots And Chicken

Ingredients
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Carrot slices 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (About 5 Medium Ones)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients except carrots and parsley in 1-quart casserole.
Stir in carrots.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 4 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until carrots are tender, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
Toss with parsley.
